Understanding DAOs

Our DAO will employ a transparent voting mechanism where token holders (Qualified to be in DAO structures)can participate in decision-making. Specified oken equates to one vote, allowing stakeholders to propose and vote on initiatives, changes, and resource allocations. This will ensure that decisions reflect the collective will of the community, promoting engagement and accountability.

Members of the proposed DAO can submit proposals for new projects, changes in governance, or community initiatives. Each proposal will be reviewed and prioritized based on community feedback, ensuring that the most relevant and impactful ideas are brought to the forefront for consideration. This process encourages innovation and active participation from all members.

To maintain trust within the community, all governance activities, including proposals, votes, and outcomes, are recorded on the blockchain.
